I have an idle problem with my 92 civic dx 1.5L auto. Just had it fixed with a new IACV, new timing belt, tune up. Car ran fine when I got it back. Took it on the freeway and when I got off the engine started to shake when Im stopped. Drives fine but when I stop it feels like it wants to die. Had a fouled out spark plug, changed them all, and the 4th cylinder spark plug has oit to the tip of the plug. Did a compression check and the 4th cylinder has no compression. The engine isn't smoking, and there's no smoke coming out of the tail pipe. Took the valve cover off and rolled the engine over and everything seems fine. Don't know what it is. Can anyone help?

Sounds like a blown head gasket around Cylinder 4, where oil is just starting to leak into the cylinder. The head may have warped and the gasket leaked, due to overheating. This will require machining. Also, have the valves checked for damage. I would not drive the car until the problem is fixed--have it towed for repair.
