Had to replace the thermostat wires to the ac unit now the thermostat won't turn on the ac unit but you can manually push a button on the ac unit and it turns on as long as you keep the button pushed down it looks like a relay

Low voltage prob. Check the low voltage wires from ac to furnace for breaks /shorted wiring
Check the transformer output for 24-28 volts
Check circuit board in furnace for push-in type fuse might be zapped

Did you turn off beakers when replacing the tstat wires?

Blower will not turn off

Which blower,, inside or outside unit ?
If it's the indoor check the fuse in circuit board
