Please help me..

I have noticed in this forum and others around that people are in a similar situation that I am in - I have under eye circles. However, predominantly people have been mentioning dark, bruise-like colors under their eyes, whereas I have bright red marks under mine.

I am only 18 and male and no-one in my direct family has the same problem. I was wondering whether this will stay with me as I age (I have had it for about a year now - maybe a little less) and whether there is any type of cure rather than putting on make up - something which I am not too find of!

Appreciate your help.

Forgot to mention that the patches are not so much at the top of the nose/corner of the eye but more so on the top of the cheekbone.

Black, red or blue circles under or around the eyes can be caused by many different factors, such as heredity, lack of sleep, medications and age. But the reason under-eye circles are so apparent is this, the skin covering your eyelids thins out, which may cause the blood vessels to become more apparent, giving your lower eyelids a darker appearance. Some people suffer from permanent dark circles.

For immediate results you can apply concealers containing a green base to cover up the reddish hue. Dark eye circle creams can fade the pigmentation and helps to prevent future dark circles under the eyes.
