I want to own a rifle again but I have two 1st degree misdemeanor, a resisting arrest and a corruption of minor, both in adams county pa, will that hold me back when applying?

They would likely not issue a hand gun permit but a rifle should be OK. PA guns laws are pretty relaxed and you do not need a permit or a license to purchase or own a rifle.

As long as they are not felonies and are not domestic violence they should have no effect at all
