Hi,I'm a nearly 31yr old mother of 4 girls,after I had my eldest daughter I was very thin,I used to starve myself for weeks,now I'm older finished having kids I want to deperatly lose weight,I can't starve myself anymore,I can't afford the money for pills and special diets,I exercise for 10mis every morn and eat healthy eg-celery,carrots nuts friut.my youngest child is 2 so I can't get to a gym.im constantly putting myself down telling my husband how fat I am.the last time I got weighed was approx February this year and I was disgusted to see I was 61kgs.I never weigh myself so I don't know what I am now.im roughly 5ft something.I would really really love to be 55kgs.please please please help me.

You have to find some way to gain muscle. It will increase your rate of weight loss. Try doing some simple exercises such as pushups and sit ups. Its something you have to commit to. I realize that I'm only a 17 year old male, but I can easily do a huge number of pushups in a min. I'm a work out freak. But trust me, if you want to loose wait, this is the way to go. Also make sure to have something meaty after your exersise. Either that or a protein shake. And you should have a small amount of protein before hand to.

Oh, you're a Mom of a toddler. You have a built in gym/baby bonding time. Play with the baby, and tone up. Here's a great link. I think I saw this on Oprah a few years back, and was in awe.
