I was hosing down an outside wall and must have sprayed too close to my electrical outlet (This outlet had a pump plugged into it) as it tripped the GFCI in my bathroom. I reset the GFCI and went back outside and the pump was still not working; I went and reset the GFCI once again and now the reset button stays pushed in. I replace the GFCI CB and it still did not work so I replaced the outdoor oulet and the GFCI reset still will not pop out. Any suggestions out there.

Are you sure its on the same circuit?
If you have a GFI in the Panel, all the rest downline can be regular recepticles.
If you press the reset button and it doesn't reset, you have a problem with the Load wires, or there is no power to GFI.
Newer ones won't reset if power not present.

Try looking in your circuit control pannel to see if you set off any of your breakers or fuses. If so, reset or replace them and see if that works.
