hey I recently have gone through a break up=[
and he still keeps on calling me and tells me that he loves my and stuff that I really don't want to hear anymore. How can I let him know without hurting him? :confused:

Change your phone number. He will get the hint sooner or later.

Stop answering the phone, and have no more conversations. If he persists tell him to leave you alone. If that doesn't work change your number, if that still doesn't work, call a cop! He is a stalker.

Tell him to join this forum.. then we can all tell him to initiate NC and he can get over you!

Maybe you can have one good chat and explain your position/stand with him and request for NC. Then go NC.

I don't think there is anyway to NOT hurt him. He feels rejected and is sacrificing his dignity to get you back. I wouldn't answer the phone when he calls. That would be a start.

Sometimes you have to be hard on someone in order for them to know you mean business.

Tell him what we had is over there is no chance we will ever be together again and I want you to move on with your life as I have. Don't call me anymore! Hang up!

If he still persists follow the above advice.
