My husband works in the Union and gets laid off for 3 months in the winter and needs to collect umemployment. He is a NJ resident but his job takes him all over the country during his work year. I need to know when filing for unemployment what do I need to due, file in just NJ or file in each of the 5 sates he worked?

File for interstate unemployment benfits... as ling as he has worked in more than 3 states than e can file in any state... best bet is deleware... 500.00 weekly
