I have a Maytag washing machine that is 8 years old. It's worked just fine until recently. Halfway during the spin cycle, when the motor really "revs up", water squirts from the drain hose where it connects to the standpipe in the wall. An appliance repair person over the phone told me that it sounded like a plumbing issue. We had Roto-Rooter here twice and they found no clogs in our drains. We had an issue with insufficient slope of pipes under our crawl space where water seemed to be backing up, but we have remedied that and yet it is still leaking. I'm wondering if it is a faulty connection at the drain hose or maybe a motor problem. We're just stumped!! Any suggestion or ideas would be very appreciated!

Definatley a plumbing problem. Drain pipe is plugged or undersized. Could also be a vent problem. Can you take picuteres of the drain piping and post them here?
