So you evict her if she is a renter, give her a 30 day notice to hit the road.

Look into what the legal length of notice is in your state, and serve her with an eviction. Its your home. Is she on the lease or ownership papers?

The first thing you need to answer is who's tenant is she? Are you both on the lease, or does she have a lease with you?

First, you start eviction proceedings; second, your fiancé grows a spine and tells her himself to leave him alone.

Third, if you are afraid she is going to make something up or split you and your fiancé up - find a new fiancé, someone you can trust and someone who trusts you.
