I have a user with Outlook 2003 the gets an error box with the following info inside. Box name is internet explorer script error contains:
Line: 2021 (I know what that means)
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

Can anyone help me with this? This user can not print anything from within her Outlook. We have already run Detect and Repair and that did not help.

I would assume that you also have Internet Explorer 7 installed?
