 I just bought this goodman furnace Followed the directions to convert it to lp gas. Put it on so the heat will kick on. The blower blows and the ignitor glows but doesn't ignite the flame. Now I lit it with a torch it lights but it is a horrible yellow flame. Does anybody have any advice thank you people

Hi, did you change the jets on each burner and take out or change the spring in the regulator? The way it works is the purge cycle is first then the hot surface ignitor, when this proves the gas valve will open. Also when you change the burner to LP the electronics controller is supposed to be changed to a 100% shut down. If it is new enough it will have a LED light on the circuit board that flashes. Bright/dim is OK. The other flashes (like--3flashes --space 3 flashes means something don working. You have to look at the book to see. Don

Okay. Also I noticed that the when adjusting the pressure valve thing one side will burn how its suppose to and the other (where the igniter is) it still is the yellow flame. It seems that either enough gas is not getting through or the igniter will not light the lp gas

Did you replace the burner orifices with the right ones, what is the manifold pressure after the burners are lit?
