I also have had a bad experience with NSBA. I asked the company when I joined about the cost per year and was given a specific date for the deduction. Their agents decided they needed the money before the date stated and deducted it from my account. When I called to inquire about it... I received a representative with an attitude problem. I should have been the one with the attitude. I few days later, I cancelled my account because I had a chance to see what they were actually offering... the things that were being offered was not acceptable for the cost that was being charged. I understood that I would also have to wait the 30 days. I cancelled in September and I was told that I should received my refund by October 31, 2007. It is now November 7, I still have not received my refund from this company... My account number was 6022250... If the company was as determined to give a refund as they were determined to get the business, I would definitely refer them to other business owners. Does anyone know where else I should file my complaint besides the BBB and sending them a post card?
