I also have had a bad experience with NSBA. I asked the company when I joined about the cost per year and was given a specific date for the deduction. Their agents decided they needed the money before the date stated and deducted it from my account. When I called to inquire about it... I received a representative with an attitude problem. I should have been the one with the attitude. I few days later, I cancelled my account because I had a chance to see what they were actually offering... the things that were being offered was not acceptable for the cost that was being charged. I understood that I would also have to wait the 30 days. I cancelled in September and I was told that I should received my refund by October 31, 2007. It is now November 7, I still have not received my refund from this company... My account number was 6022250... If the company was as determined to give a refund as they were determined to get the business, I would definitely refer them to other business owners. Does anyone know where else I should file my complaint besides the BBB and sending them a post card?

Which NSBA are you talking about?

National Snaffle Bit Association, National Small Business Association, National Steel Bridge Alliance, The Nebraska State Bandmasters Association, National Small Business Alliance, National Small Business Association, Inc. Nova Scotia Badminton Association? Or others?
