I made a fraud report to EOIR(concerning a relief petition) They responded and said it was on a docket for this individual awaiting deportation proceedings. I decided that my information was not 100% accurate, and also feel unsafe if I don't have confidentiality. I have asked them by email if I am to be exposed as "whistleblower", and have not heard back.
What are my rights to remain confidential in connection to reports?

Are you an employee or investigator for this agency or any other? As a private citizen you have no whistleblower protection. However this is the confidentiality laws that may apply to you

It's highly discretionary by the board.
