The remote for my sleep number bed will sync to the foundation! I have checked that it is receiving power and have reset the remote a number of times. Customer service is closed. Please help!

If you have the sleep iq you have to make sure you have the app downloaded and it is connected to the internet I forgot I got a new router and had to redo everything and then the remote synced right away
