I have to replaced two outdoor fans that operate off a basic 3 speed switch. No lights. Will a Harbor Breeze Calera fan work with that switch. I cannot seem to get an answer.

Is this a wall switch which is mounted in a box? If so then yes bit you need to set the fan pull chain to high speed and then stop using the pull chain, Id remove it
