Air conditioner out side is just a couple years old. I started to get warm in the house went outside there was a buzzing sound. The fan wasn't running so I took a stick put it in there and gave the fan a push it started. Now every time it gets cool enough it goes off like normal but the fan still won't start on its own. I haven't looked at anything yet. I was hoping it would be obvious. Does any know? When it comes on it cools great.

Sounds like a start capacitor. $10 or so.
