Every night when I go to bed I fall asleep with my arms down and one under my pillow. Within seconds of falling asleep I put my arms in the air and start to rub and crack my hands.. I never get a good night sleep nor does my spouse.

A 46 and I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and fibermylga I have had neck surgery and carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand it has been going on for about a year but in the last 5 months it is every night now
