The above breaker is stuck between the on and off and will not reset. What can I do to reset it. My refrigerator is depending on u. Please help me. We keep trying to turn it off and on... my fingers r very sore.

It has tripped.
Turn it off then back on.

Sometimes a breaker will trip but the handle on the breaker will not have enough throw to move to the full off position. Usually all you have to do is move the handle as far to the off position as possible and then turn it back on.
