I have a gateway laptop that has a windows xp home from factory.a friend tried to install xp pro over the home edtion.but cannot complete activation because don't know the product key.iv tried to get bak to the home edition but cant.so I'm stuck in a uncomplete version of xp pro.heres my issues:
Black screen with safemode in the corners in all safe mode restarts.no access to any area only black screen or light blue screen that says setup is restarting then will go to blank screen with curser
