please give me some stretches to straighten my back out. I hate it sooooo much because my stomach and my butt sticks out all retardedly and it makes me look pregnant lol I would reaaaaaallly appreciate it if u could give me some stretches that I could do every morning or night because I'm in high school and I don't really have time to do allot :/ so please help , thanks ^-^
