I drank one beer at 2pm on a Tuesday and will test in approximatley 48 hours I haven't drank for quite awhile all my tests have been clean prior.

The EtG created by one beer (12 oz, 5%) will be clear within about 18 -21 hours. You should be entirely safe at that time span.
