Can I replace lennox air r22 to r410a with any unit

No. The refrigerants are of different composition and use different lubricating oils. Not saying it cannot be done but the trouble is not worth it. The indoor coil for R-410A is also much larger to get the energy rate so it would be a looser all the way around. Get a matched coil for indoor and a quality unit for outdoor. Also replace the copper line set. NOTE: There are a few company's that are still making R-22 units for replacement only. They do not come charged with refrigerant.
