After having asked for a copy of my time cards I found out my employer has been writing in lunch breaks on my cards that I didn't take. What can I do

Report it to the State Dept of Labor.

No state nor the Feds require breaks

The law does not require one, BUT> if the company has a lunch break you are suppose to take, and you merely choose to work though it, the company can enforce a company policy to require lunch breaks.

So if you are suppose to be taking your break, then take it, They can by policy require you to take it.

It's "supposed to". Many people are unaware of that because when the phase is pronounced, the "d" at the end of "supposed" sounds like the "t" in "to".

Sorry. Obviously I have too much time on my hands today. :)
