I have a collection agency that is after me for a credit card debt that I owe. I'm not looking to not pay the credit card company, I'm just waiting to come across some money
Where I can pay off the balance altogether in full. I keep telling the collection agency
That I will send them some money at a given date, but when that date comes, I can't seem
To afford to send them what I told them. I don't want to keep lying to the collection agency
I just want to wait to be able to pay them in full. In the state of Texas, if a judgement is placed on me, can they garnish my salary? I don't have any bank accounts, nor do I own
A home, or have a vehicle to my name. I live paycheck to paycheck and it's not easy. What other options do I have?

Let me see, that day will never come, they know it, you know it.

Set up paying them a certain amount each week or each month ( just like putting it back for them, but they actually get it)

And before you know it they will be paid off and they will stop bothering you
