Hi I am a male and 5'7 106 lbs. I'm having a really tough time gaining weight.

I need help on what I should try eating. I hate mostly all vegtebles and fruits. I don't really have a lot of time for cooking so I try eating chicken nuggets or pasta or eggs all the time.

I work out every other day which consists of using:
Dumbells - 12 lbs 3 sets of 15 reps
Bench press - 55 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps

Any suggestions of good excercises or what I should or shouldn't be doing would be great along with foods I could try eating to help gain weight. Thanks!!

Hi,

First off, stop training every day. For sure! That is too much for a skinny guy. Here is a workout you should do, I gained 13lbs with it:

You don't need to eat only fruits and vegs, they are not the main foods for gaining muscle, meat is! Milk is! Eggs are!
