Good Morning all. My wallet is a nice wallet. My fiancé bought it for me for christmas. It came from american eagle.

I always always always used a trifold and I am still making the adjustment to a bifold. Lol

Well, If you did get my wallet, I would be screwed. You wouldn't get much cash, but you would have my Debit card and since nobody ever cares when a debit card is swiped you could spend as much as you want and my bank has to overdrawl protection, so you could keep spending and spending and spendin. I accidentally did that once. Oops
Then you could go to about any store and buy about what you wanted because I think I have plastic money for every fricken store out there. All because I was trying to buy a TV once and applied to every store that had a TV and they all approved me.

Then you would come across my gun permit if you had stolen it and might be concerned that I might be coming for it and might possibly shoot you. Just kidding, calm down. I hope someone will at least glance at this or I guess I am wasting my time typing.

Anybody out there?

adam_89

I got all excited because Shazzy gave me a greenie but then Scott had to give me a reddie for the same thing. I have gotten 2 reddies in the past week from him. Arg. I am never going to get out of the 30s. That is horrible. Lol

Thanks Shazzy. I guess it was more of a balancer and didn't make me go down any. I like Saturdays because that is when I get most of my reputation because the threads are usually dead, and I usually only answer a question if I am one of the first few people to answer. That's why my post are usually low, and my rep because throughout the week it is just to busy.

Sounds like you will have a nice sunny rest of the day off... not so much here, I think a storm is coming. Last Thursday it was sunny and BAM out of nowhere a big storm with high winds hit us. We have one of those large cantilever umbrella's on our patio that weights a 'ton' and it blew it right off into the yard, metal patio chairs and the table were thrown about 10 feet off the patio. Luckily nothing was broken, just a little marked up.

We had some real bad winds awhile back and I have a huge umbrella probably like the one you have on my second back deck and it was blown over. I know it had to take a lot to blow that thing over.

hugs alty, i know at the moment maybe they dont mean much, but i know your doing your best to help starby :)

Your hugs always mean a lot to me Bear, I hope you know that. I'm sending hugs right back dear.

I'm really stressed right now, more so then I've been in a long time. I'm wearing myself a bit thin, it's starting to show.

The fact is, I don't know what to do to help Starby, if I could do something I would, but I've racked my brain and there's nothing. I can talk to her, listen to her, but that's it. It's killing me.

To top it all off, I have my own crap to deal with, but that's small cookies, been there, done that, I'll get through. I'm just at a loss here, and I don't like it.

I want to tell all of you right now, don't know what kind of company I'm going to be, I enjoy our fun, it helps me keep my mind off stuff, so keep it up, it helps, but I hope you all understand that I'm dealing with a lot right now, and I'm not doing to well with it.

If anyone has a joke to tell right now, it would be much appreciated. ;)

albear
May 9, 2009, 02:21 PM
I'm sure starby knows that, and although you'd like to do more for her listening is an underated action and I know that she appreciates talking with you :)
Yea we all have our own stuff to deal with, our own personal battles, I'm losing mine as well, being flanked by more than one force :o
Wishing you the best with yours :)

Alty
May 9, 2009, 02:27 PM
Love the picture, it made me smile. Thanks Bear for the kind words.

I know that just listening to her helps, but I just feel like it's not enough. Sadly, I don't have any answers for her, I wish I did.

We all have crap to deal with, it helps to have friends to talk to. I'm glad I have all of you, otherwise I'd likely lose my mind. Oops, there it goes. ;)

ISneezeFunny
May 10, 2009, 05:37 PM
Yes. Happy Mother's Day to all. I feel like I'm somewhat lacking this year... I've been so busy with things that all I could do for mi mama was call her to tell her Happy Mother's Day. I asked her what she wanted, and she said, "What do you have?" I then scrounged around my wallet to find $5. We settled on $5.

Meanwhile, at work today, one of my employees BROKE our toilet, as in... didn't clog it, but did something to the plumbing where it no longer works... and didn't tell me about it. I found out... oh... about 5 hours later, when a customer complained.

THEN, one of my employees who upped and stopped showing up a few weeks ago, showed up today asking for her paycheck for the 2 days that she DID work that week.. . I mean, if I stopped coming to work all of a sudden, I'd be too friggin embarrassed to show my face, but not her. Nope. Instead of arguing, I just laughed at her, smiled, and then paid her, and said, "There's your $48...good luck to you in the future."

... I've lost faith in all humanity today.

Alty
May 10, 2009, 09:16 PM

I could use a German lesson, I'm rusty too. Ever since my parents died I don't really have anyone around that I can speak German to. It sucks, I used to be fluent, now not so much. I'm sure it would all come back if I was forced to speak German, but still, it's sad.

The good thing is that Sydney is in German bilingual so she's starting to pick it up and I can talk to her. So far it's very limited, but she's catching on really quick. Also, now we can talk about Jared and Daddy and they don't know what we're saying. Muwahahahaha! :)

My partner knows sign language.

When he has a secret from the kids, he will sign to me... like I know what he is talking about...

I know a few choice words in most languages, but all they'll get me is an offer of sex or a slap in the face. Sad. :(

My kids are actually learning a bit of sign language in school. Sydney can do the whole alphabet and a few simple words. It's amazing how quickly they catch on.

At this point I think my poor old brain couldn't handle any more info. ;)

Hey Bear.

I am actually finding more and more people that are deaf in our area.

It's looks fun and complicated to sign, just the right kind of challenge.

Might just be the Amazing Race in me talking though.

I learned the alphabet in school and still know most of it, but he has to go super slow for me to understand.

Had a friend with twins, and apparently its common for little ones to develop "twinspeak"... where the two assign nonsense words to real things, actions, etc...

Which all little kids do, but usually we don't know what it is... my mother said I used to b!tch and moan about wanting a "zanits" but they could never figure it out. Eventually some things you do figure out...

Well.. I guess the problem with twins, at least hers, was that it was elevated. Now TWO kids know the secret language and so they can use nonsensical communication to plan and scheme... even when they were starting to speak english and form sentences. She said she started getting really paranoid one day when she discovered the kids were doing this... like little velociraptors planning the next attack.

KP got his licking kitten back...

Alty, Bear and Adam are speaking German and Adam then speaked Dutch.. all talking about sign language...

I know creole (mother language in Mauritius, usually full of those "beuatiful rose tinted words), french, second learned language, english, third language, mandarin, forth language, but very little..

Ah, I know a secret type of language that is used for people of a different handicap : blind people; the Braille Codes! :p

Ok, it would be nice to learn some German sometime...

Off to bed I go... tiring day... Cya all! :)

Unky out.
