Well I'm in love with my best friends ex. And I have been for over 6 months now. But I really don't know what to do. I really need to get over him because I know there's not a future for us.
I love him so much I just need him out of my life now. I still want to be friends because he is like my best friend. But he ignores me some days and this almost makes me cry. I'm so confused I just need help. Please anyone?

Sweetheart, you need to try really hard to not allow him to come between your happiness. If you know you need to get over him, why haven't you? Find someone else to crush on or be with. Being with someone else will help!

I think you need for refocus your attention to one of the other four. This could boost your confidence and bring about a new you. Possibly, hooking up with someone new might help you forget this one guy. I promise, there are more guys then this one! ;)

Don't call, don't text, don't greet happy birthday, happy holy week, don't contact. Stay ghost. You will just hurt yourself after wards. Resist the urge else it will take you longer to move on. Remember, going no contact is not because you're retaliating or you're being boastful. You're doing this to move on. Switch your attention to other things. Learn this coping techniques at his early stage.
