Cleaning, I'm still cleaning, why, because I'm getting company this weekend. Do I want company? No. Why am I having company? Well, the guy that lived with us for 1 1/2 years, rent free, all meals provided, laundry service, even though we asked him to leave numerous times, well, it's his birthday today. He wanted all of us to go camping, I said no, so he said, "Fine, I'll just invite some friends over for a birthday party, at your house". What? Last time I checked he wasn't living here anymore, even when he was he had no right to have a party here. Anyway, I said no, he whined, I held firm, he cried, I gave in. Arrrrrrrr, I really need a backbone, anyone know where I can find one?

He lives with another friend of mine, they built a loft on top of their garage. Long story short, the whole lie came crashing down like a ton of bricks, after that none of them wanted to go out with me again. :(

After having so much fun with Mr. Wonderful today, just like I said earlier Alty, when I got all ready to go to the store... yep you guessed it, van didn't start! So, I sat and waited for one of the neighbors to come home after I cleaned up again and change my clothes again, but of course no one was coming home. So I decided to call the delivery service, because now I was out of smokes, needed milk, and realllllyyyy wanted a beer. The delivery service took almost 2 and a half hrs. to get here, and then she brought the wrong beer, and of course by then all the beer stores on this end of town were closed, and I asked for a 4 ltr. Jug of milk, and she bought me a 2 ltr. Carton.

Then she had the nerve to give me a dirty look when I didn't give her a tip! Oh and get this! The name of this place is "Speedy Delivery" Grrrrrrrrrrrrr! ::gulp gulp::

The number of posts doesn't make you an expert... the mod gods have a system in which us simpletons can't understand... they grant the "expert" titles to those who seem to have a certain knowledge in a certain category. I've seen people with 4000 posts that haven't made expert, and I've also seen people with 120 posts that have the title expert.

Although, that only means you have answered a certain amount of questions, it doesn't mean that you have given good advice. The number of greenies you have, which shows how many times someone has agreed with the advice given, is what gives you your credibility.

You can, I believe, apply for expert status, and depending on your experience you may or may not get it.

Well here's the story ociffer Stringy! I was upset about my cake getting left out in the rain, so I jumped on my horse, and well, my horse was upset because I woke him, and he slipped in a puddle of mud, and yep, broken leg. I had to shoot them,. and my disco dress was all muddy... and like... you can't go to the disco with a muddy dress... so I called the Deputy... and... and... he was drinking beer with cranberry juice... and he said he wouldn't come and get me... and... like... waaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!

But, but, but... the Deputy was trained very well... I don't understand it? A damsel in distress and, and... he didn't come to the rescue? I'm sure that there is more to the story, maybe he was drinking and fighting crime at the time?

EDIT: I think I am finally sleepy... signing off for this evening... I think...

I continue to realize that "I know nothing." And need to be "renewed" constantly. AND 16 hours together in the car round trip, well let's just say she is an amazing "teacher."

I was up until 4 am this morning going through 318 emails, mostly work related. Didn't get up until 11:30 this morning. No one was here, Marta left me a note saying that she knew I was tired and that she went shopping with sis-in-law for some "goodies." But let me tell you that your pineapple upside down cake for a breakfast sounds scrumptious! Pass me another piece please... and coffee... .yes COFFEE!!!! (With hazelnut creamer of course... )

Funny story...

This trip I decided that it was going to be about Marta. She gets along with my family so well and they all love each other like sisters and brothers. So, a lot of nice... and funny... things happened.

My sister and brother in law and us went to the Steelers last day of practice at St Vincent's College in Latrobe, Pa. IT WAS extremely hot, we watched practice had some food and we were going to try to get some autographs. I got Marta a tee shirt that said "Steelers Practice at......." and a Steelers ball cap. Remember Marta has been here for about 20 years but she is from Europe and has not grown up with American Football. So, we waited until practice was over and the players were leaving the field. But there were thousands of people standing at the rope on the field and it looked like she would have no chance of getting even one autograph. She looked a little sad, but on her own she worked her way through the crowd to the rope. AND she started yelling like a banshee she ended up with 5 autographs, one was Hines Ward... he was just amazed with her enthusiasm! He stood there for about 10 minutes talking with her, he signed her tee shirt and her cap.

Now, remember that I am not particularly a jealous person... yep. But he seemed especially interested in her AND I was standing right beside her... he didn't even look at me... hmmmmm? But that was OK... she was delighted and was like a teenager with a rock star... She turned to me jumping up and down, extremely happy. Then with all seriousness she asked me... "is he important??????"

She was terrific, I was ROFLOL... when I told her.. "well....YEAH!" She ran around showing everyone her autographs...

Got to love this girl... lots of other funny things... later.:D
