Oh, if you see Stringer, he has my whip, he glued it to his hand and won't give it back. He calls the whip Susy, even though he's male, actual name is Salvador. I want my whip back, have tried trading for it, offered money, cars and jewels, even beautiful women, but to no avail. Maybe you can work your magic on him, offer him a ride on your bike? ;)

People shut off their engines while turning curbs, going down hills... people don't brake when they're taking a turn... it gets a bit extreme... as people turn off their engine when they hit 80 mph on the highway and cruise until it drops down to about 65 mph, then kick it into gear again...

A funny story; A week or so ago we were having dinner at a nice restaurant, during the dinner a waitress keep getting friendlier and more attentive than Marta liked and she kept staring at me, which made Marta (and Me) a little uncomfortable. Every time she came to the table she ignored Marta and was now openly attempting to flirt with me. Marta was fuming at her lack of class. But I knew Marta and I knew this girl was going to get it... I just didn't know what or how she would do it.

Marta asked her to see "her pretty ring", she took her hand and put it in her mashed potatoes and held it there while she stared in her eyes and said: "This is my husband, he's mine, apparently you are manless, and understand nothing about class. Because your lame attempt to grab mine shows me that you are a gutter dweller." "And when you have a wedding ring like mine you may stop swinging that a** around under every mans' nose."

Like the waitress, I sat there with my jaw open. And that is kind of funny also because after the waitress scurried away Marta reached over and gently lifted my chin to close my mouth... Gotta love a woman that won't take any cr*p.

Sorry to go on so much... just continually amazed by how fortunate I am.

I won't go on more now but there are some more stories that are pretty good too. Some that are things I have to sometimes deal with from over sexed guys... I know, you may wonder... but they are out there... hahaha... She draws a lot of attention.:eek:

I just got off the phone with her. She said she faxed it, but didn't get a fax back, and now the clinic closed at noon. So now I'm without the other pills until at least Monday.

Thanks Sweet Alty! I would love being with you and Starby in person! Wish we could all three get on bikes and tear out around the country side. Likewise, ever in the U.S.A. come to Oklahoma and stay with me. Lots to do and see around "these here parts". LOL :p

You are all welcome at my house anytime also! :D My home is pretty small, but the beautiful lake my parents live on is only an hr away. There is a huge campground, and there is boating, and jet skiing, and all sorts of water sports. They have things like boat parades, poker runs, bochi ball tournaments, well just about anything you can think of. They have a big hall where they have bands come in to play, and have lots of food and games, and sometimes everyone just gathers up what ever instrument they play and head down to the hall for a jam.

It's a great little community (with the campground attached on the other side) and there is always someone willing to take you out for a boat ride. We usually get a bunch of the neighbors to all come out on their boats at once, and tie together at a nice place in the lake, and have lunch and jump from boat to boat. No one ever seems to come home with who they came with! LOL! We usually stay out for the afernoon, and chase each other in the boats and see who we can nail with a water balloon. No one stays dry, lol.

So if we ever planned a big get together for everyone that could come, that would be a great place to do it! :D

Back to cleaning I guess... yuck!

Ohhhh, I just got a call from the pharmacy!! They got a fax back from the clinic! The pharmacist sounded happier than me! (not possible) They are making up my missing prescrip. and sending them over! Yeay!. finally!!

It is such a nice thought getting together with our "virtual" friends for "real".

Thank you sweet Rebby! I'm feeling a little better, and will be so happy to get those meds and feel like myself again. My head feels a lot better today, and the ringing in my ears doesn't seem as bad. Having that happening for the last week has almost drove me batty!

Alty, I am so sorry you are feeling bad! It wasn't that long ago that your kids and you were ill, was it? Do you think this started with allergies? I don't know how it is there but allergies are really bad in our area right now, more so this year at this time than in past years. We have had so much rain! Feel better soon! :)

Starby, Wiggy got me the coldfx, wow, expensive, hope it's worth it. It's three days worth of pills, first day you take 3 pills three times a day, so 9 pills. Second day 2 pills, 3 times a day, so 6 pills. Third day 1 pill, 3 times a day, so 3 pills. Wow, that's allot of pills.

Sneezy sweetie, if you're here and read this, knowing that I already took the first dose of these pills and it's a bit late for hindsight, it did say that if you are on other meds you should consult a doctor. It's Saturday, I'd have to wait until Monday to consult a doctor, and I feel like crap, so I took the pills. Here's the thing, I'm on synthroid and celexa, is it okay to mix these with the coldfx meds, they say they're ginseng based, but other than that, I don't know.

I just Googled drug interactions with ColdFX Alty. Everything I read said there is a very low likelihood of any ill effects from taking it with either of those meds. I think you're pretty safe, but Dr. Sneeze shoud be by sometime soon right? ;)

Did you try lemon tea and honey, or anything for your throat?
