Just differentiate as you normally would only attach a y' when you differentiate y.

Remember the product rule again.

\underbrace{xy^{2}}_{\text{use product rule on this}}-y=2

\underbrace{2xyy'+y^{2}}_{\text{product rule}}-y'=0

Now, solve for y' and you're done.
