I have installed a three level touch dimmer from Hampton Bay, purchased at Home Depot. It consists of a touch pad and power strip. The touch pad connects to the power strip and my Xenon under-the-counter five puck lights plug into the power strip.
The lights work if I connect them directly to a power outlet. When the lights are connected to the touchpad device, the lights work if I pull the touchpad's cable out of the power strip and reconnect it. The lights come on, but the touchpad does not dim nor turn off the lights. I have tried rotating the touchpad's cable in it's socket. No help.
Any ideas, folks.
