I have problems attaching files with mail. What should I do. I get error 008 when I use gamil

I also read a post that said it will give you the 008 message if the attachment is too large sometimes. The technical limit on size is 10MB, but files smaller than that may grow when sent through gmail. whenever i try attaching files to my email i am not able to get them attached.when refreshed it again asks me to browse file for attaching. when i use gmail i account i get error 008 during attaching files. what should i do. is it because of the antivirus i use or anyother problem

I tried but I am not able to use outlook express though I type login and password its getting reset. It shows some SMTP error what should I do?
