I guess the issue is how much of a problem, if he has to do it every few hours, or is sitting in his car watching school girls ( or boys)

But it is just his choice, he just stops if he wants to.

If this is an occasional thing, almost all boys do it from time to time

I agree if its once a day its normal... if its 3 or more times a day he has issues.

I would expect a boy to have more problems from never doing it than they ever will from doing it occasionally, or even up to a couple of times a day.

Predictable climaxing in this form isn't healthy to a certain extent. There is the chance that a person masturbating too much will not be able to have a healthy sexual relationship with anyone else. The dissapointment of not climaxing would be just to hard to understand, if it did happen that way. Healthy sexual appetites between men and women can handle a situation like that because they know what to expect or not.

Hello.

Tell your friend that what he is doing is normal. Now if he is doing it in public or has to use strange porno to get off he has other problems other then his jerking off. If he slows down and makes each time count as in lasting as long as he can each time then he will do it less I'm sure. If your not getting fulfillment from it you will need to do it more.

A simple method to discourage this practice was published in or around 1865 by a pig farmer from Ohio named Sandy North. In the article he uses the term, "getting taped."
