    Near black out during sex
Me and my boyfriend of 19 years old just started having sex this week and it is both our first time. I would say about the 5th time we had sex it got so intense that my face started to tingle like it was falling asleep. Then after that my hands started to tingle and my hands clenched into fists and then my forearms started to hurt and get tense. Me and my boyfriend then stopped having sex and we laughed it off, but I was just wondering if there is anything wrong with me?

It sounds like you were just having really good sex. All of my muscles tighten and clench when I'm having an orgasm. Is it possible that you had one?

I'm not so sure its an orgasm.. like I felt like I was going to pass out because my face was all tingly and my hands were clenched up.. do orgasms really make you feel like your going to pass out?

If they are good they do. LOL

Make sure you don't hold your breath, just enjoy the ride. Sorry for the pun.

They feel that way to me sometimse. All of the muscles in my body tighten and it makes me feel that way too.

Do any other strenuous activities make you feel this way? If not, it is an orgasm :)

Yeah actually the day of my prom I was late for my hair app. And I jumped in the shower right when I woke up and I felt nautious and then my hands just clenched up and I couldn't open them.. and my mom said my speech was a little slurred too.. but once she massaged my hands they opened up and my boyfriend had to do the same thing after sex for my hands.. I had to get an MRI the next day after prom.. thats why I'm just wondering if this is sexual related or another episode

    What did your MRI say?

Your best bet would be go back to the doctor and let him know that this is happening during sex. If there does happen to be something wrong, you don't want to irritate it any further, and you want to know what it is so you can take the proper precautions. :)

Yes it was normal.. I was supposed to get an EEG too but I never did.. my doctor said it was probably just stress related

Well according to the posts on here, it sound very much like a VERy good orgasm!
I do the same time, At first I was scared to go on, because I felt the same way, but when it hit climax it was GREAT. I from then on, became relaxed while doing it. Just relaxe and breath deep and even, it helps the blood get oxygen, and that should help with the faint feeling.

Sounds to me like you could probably do with that eeg just to be on the safe side. As already stated, yes sex can make you feel like that, personally I have once passed out during an orgasm and woke up to my partner smiling like a cheshire cat (typical male was strutting like a peacock for a week because he had 'done it' lol). But. With your previous history I would get it checked just to be safe.

    it's normal.

That happened to my first GF too... We waited a long time and when she climaxed (one of the first few times) she passed out for a few seconds... It's normal. And you will find that you will handle the intensity better SOON.

As always, sex in your teen years is OK if you use protection and keep your self-esteem, but school is most important.

No problem. Very normal for many. Congrats and enjoy. Don't burn it out. Use it with care.

    mmm sounds good.

ALTHOUGH, to me the symptoms are a little scary-to pass out may be orgasmic, however the clenching of fists that you describe sounds neurological-the fact you had an MRI for this has me concerned-you need an eeg but you Need to tell your doctor about this episode during sex. There are migraines that may be brought on during sex and these are frequently checked with an MRI-the scan request often says "blackouts and migraines during sex" this is an important thing to consider-your doctor (preferably) a neurologist needs to know this (albeit embarrassing) sitution-please take care.

tingling to the point of blackout as well as clenching your fists is really not a normal orgasmic response-does this happen if you climax when masturbating-I bet it doesn't. Please see the doctor and tell them.

    regards,

Going from black to red [ 2 Answers ]

I want to dye my hair red but it is already black. I have a prelightener but I don't know if I should wait a couple of days after I've done the prelightener before I put the red dye on or whether its OK to put it on straight away?
