If it is because of your weight you could take up yoga or pilates or something to get the weight off, just a physical activity u can do a few times a week that you won't get bored with, maybe you could play tennis with him or something. Another thing you can do is reflexology or massage around the inner thigh area, it might be because of lack of blood flow. It could be psychological but I wouldn't know what. My guess is that men can get it up for most women so it probably isn't you, smoking and drugs and lack of mental stimulation can all be causes of it, but yeah I can't guess what it is but some of those things I said might work.
