    I'm a guy and have, um, "been" with quite number of women and I have indeed seen this. It seems to happen to the really emotional types... well I guess that's obvious :)

    I usually scream. It also feel so good when you do it together at the same time. It needs practice and you need to know the person well. You might have to coordinate in the beginning.
