    Trying to find a special needs child available to adopt.
    Me and my spouse have beeen trying to find a special needs to adopt,but most agencys won't help us due to his age.

    Have you checked with your local foster care agencies?

    Yes we have tried foster care agency got turned down due the fact consider him to old.

    How old IS he?

    If foster care and adoption agencies are turning you down for a special needs child, have you considered hiring a lawyer and pursuing a private adoption?
