How do I look up sealed records about my birth certificate in the state of Michigan without having any hidden costs or 'trial' memberships that cost money later?

Umm, if they are sealed what makes you think you can get them? If you need medical info about your birth parents, you can go to court to get that info. Otherwise the records are sealed.
