    Help Please!
How can my son's father adopt my daughter he's raised her since she was born. Her Biological dad is a substance abuser and owes the state so much money for child support for his other child and has warrants for that. How can we do it?

The girl's biological father will have to either consent to the adoption or have his parental rights terminated by the state.

It takes a lot for the state to terminate parental rights, and it's not something you can petition them to do (generally speaking, anyway... there are exceptions to everything). The biological father may consent to the adoption (thereby giving up his parental rights voluntarily) as a way to get rid of his child support obligations, but that's up to him and may not even be possible under your state laws.

You should schedule a consultation with a lawyer specializing in adoption cases to determine the extent of the options you have. Without the biological father's consent, though, you're going to be very limited in what you can do.
