    Giving up Parentle rights
My wife and I adopted Her nephew 12 years ago, he lived with us for
Nine years. This adoption has split up the family by putting my wife's sister, and
Nieces against each other. We let him move with his sister in North Carolina
Because he was out of control in New York, he's been in the south for over a year
Now, and there is still a lot of problems dealing with this adoption.
We would like to terminate our parental rights, can we do it?

Who is going to adopt the child, or do you wish to merely turn the child over to social services??

If there is a person to adopt, it should not be an issue
