It just all depends, remember although you say it was false reasons, the court held them to be true, so to the courts, it was done for a good reason. It may be hard to prove they were false reasons at this point

Also is the child adopted by someone or in foster care. These are all hard issues. You really need an attorney and research the problem.

They did the same thing to me in 1997. I could write a book on all the lies they said about me and my kids. Tons of contradictions. The Judge, caseworkers and my court appointed lawyer were all the same. They said that my one son couldn't be trusted around pets. And then they said that he would be good with pets for a career. Whenever I would try to point out the lies and inconsistencies the caseworkers, Judge and lawyers would all laugh and said "She has mental issues"
They have catch phrases and things that if you question they make life miserable for you.
Find a good lawyer that isn't in their system, although those ones tend to close the door in your face when you mention Child protective services.

I wish there were a best answer but they seem to be above the law.
Tell them you want their book of your rights and read them and ask them why was this right denied me and why was that right denied me.

Hope you can find a way.
