When Alphabetical filing, how do I file "Law Offices of Kent & Burns"? Also, would there be a cross reference?

If I were filing in a public library file drawer, I would put them under "Kent & Burns" with a cross reference at "Law Offices" or "Legal" or "Law," depending on what is already on file. There might be an even broader cross reference with "Offices - Law."
