    Corporations and 1099-misc
When a w-9 says the company is a corporation, do I send out a 1099-misc? What about LLC's and LLP's? I am ready to process my 1099-misc's but need to know if I send them out to company's that mark corp on their W-9's.

    Thanks for your help.
