I need assistance in writing near and long term career aspirations. My current position is a business analsyt on a government/military contract (technology industry). My background (33+ yrs) is in administrative and customer service related fields.

If you've been doing this for 33+ years, I would think your short-term goal would be doing more of the same. Long-term aspirations would include consulting (you are an expert in this field), contract work, and technical and autobiographical writing.
