Hello, I am in recovery and had a relaps. Unfortunately I got called for an ETG test. It will be 56 hours from time of last drink of 10 5.9% beers over 3 hours. I lost control after being sober for 150 days and I'm dedicated to quitting. I'm 5'10" weight 210 pounds. And in the past 36 hours I've urinated twice an hour minimum and I still have 13 hours till I test. I'm Familiar with the Etgs with failing one and passing several. I just need more professional input. I do not want a delute sample so any suggestions on when to quit drinking water would be helpful or any other input. Dr. Bill I see is extremely intelligent with this matter so if you read this in time please post. The real question is with the diuresis of extremely flooding with water is it enough to deplete my urine of the water-soluable ETG?

I took an EtG test tonight at 6:00 Thursday after drinking 4 5.9% 12oz beers and 2 8% beers over a span of about 1.5 hours starting at 4 pm Monday. I'm 28a year old male at 200 lbs and average metabolism. I've read the posts about the metablote being water solvable and diuresis accelerates elimination... but how much exactly. I drank heavy amount of water until 5the hours before my test. Any professional inside would be very helpfully or anyone with my same situation. I've been in treatment for close to a year now and had close to six months sober and slipped. I'm very curious to see where I stand. I didn't eat until after consuming the beers. Please help!
