I was a daily Cannabis user, smoking approximately 3 to 4 grams a week, usually two or three small bowls a day. I quit smoking on 7/7/15, and I should be taking the hair test around the middle of October. Being that I was a daily smoker, do you think I will be able to pass the hair test without using any "tricks"? I work out regularly, 6' tall, 34 years old, high metabolism. I shave my head daily, so I'm sure they will be using hair from my armpit, which I also shaved to the skin on 7/21/15, hoping that all the new growth will be clear of any signs of THC. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Those "tricks" only trick people that fall for them out of their money. Also..this is locked into hair which is not a living tissue...metabolism, height , weight, age and anything else has no effect.
Probably fail. They can take ANY hair they want on your body that is long enough to cover the period they require... having shaved it make it look like you were hiding something and will give them cause. If they don't find any uncut hair... they will simply fail you on those grounds.

How fast do you think your armpit hair grows anyway? Certainly not as fast as you think having shaved it just 2 days ago as its 7/23/15 as I write this. It would take nearly 2 months to fully grow back out on average

Well my research so far shows that armpit hair grows at roughly the same rate as head hair, however doesn't grow to the same lengths, therefore can hold a longer history where hairs still exist that have been there for upwards of a year. I can tell you from experience that in 3 months my armpit hair will be roughly the 1.5 inches that they require. My question is primarily focused on the amount of time that THC will be present in my blood in order to feed the hair folicle.

And please note that I said the hair test will take place around the middle of October, which will be approximately 3 months from now.

They only look for growth typical of the previous 90 days growth from where they take the samples, cut that and discard the rest..

Don't do anything that will will raise suspicion.. I.E. showing up looking Like David Bowie in the movie "The man who fell to earth" And you will likely pass. I missed the October reference earlier.
