    It depends. There are certification programs through community colleges. There are master's programs. You can get a Ph.D. or M.D. or Psy.D. -- doctorates.

    At what level, in what program, where, (most will require state license if in the US)

    There are some street programs ran by non-profits where very little formal education beyond their own program. (most do not pay anything, or if they do, very little)

    Most formal programs will require at least a Masters Degree.
