I did moderate to heavy drinking (4-15 drinks/day) the week before my ETG test. My last night of drinking was Saturday where I had about 15 drinks. My last drink was at about 2 AM. I am 42, about 250 pounds, don't exercise, but not in horrible shape. My test is about 108 hours away. How does it look? Thanks so much for the info.

At 108 hours unless you have serious issues with your liver I highly doubt a positive. There have been a couple at that timeframe but it was in a detox situation and from what I saw their ETG levels actually raised indicating exposure or use of alcohol while in detox.

The accuracy of an ETG test is debated, but most often they cannot detect alcohol consumed over any more than 3-4 days. So that's a 96-hour time span where you should not drink AT ALL. So, stop drinking starting now and you'll be fine.
